**Important**:- **A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.****Back Office Representative - Confie Tijuana****Responsibilities**:- Foster strong client relationships with timely, focused communication, with **no calls during key moments.**- **Manage and update** new claims for various commercial coverages in Alliant’s system.- **Process and set up new claims** for commercial lines.- **Ensure client records** are accurate and up to date.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in customer service, **highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,**- **Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)**- **Strong skills in Microsoft Office**(Excel, Word, Outlook) and office software.You must be available to work a Monday to Friday schedule.You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.**Join the Coolest Call Center in Tijuana****Confie** is a shared service center, originally from the United States, mainly in the areas of California, Nevada, and Arizona.
