Emprea importante de generacion de energia buscamos a un/a Planning & Reporting Analyst / Ingles Avanzado - Reporta a US

apasionado/a por el análisis financiero, la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Serás responsable de supervisar las actividades financieras y contables, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, la integridad de los registros y el uso óptimo de los recursos en los gastos operativos y de inversión.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Elaborar presupuestos, proyecciones y análisis financieros (Budget, Actual y Forecast).
  • Analizar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas en Opex y Capex.
  • Desarrollar reportes financieros y presentar resultados a la alta dirección.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos financieros y operativos.
  • Definir y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI's).
  • Colaborar con distintas áreas para optimizar la gestión de recursos.

Perfil requerido

  • Formación: Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración, Ingeniería o Economía.
  • Deseable: Maestría en Finanzas o MBA.
  • Experiencia: 4 - 5 años en control financiero, planeación o controlling.
  • Conocimientos: Normas Financieras, manejo avanzado de Excel y Power BI.
  • Idioma: Inglés avanzado.
  • Competencias: Autoliderazgo, pensamiento estratégico, enfoque en resultados, liderazgo de equipo

Salario y Beneficios:

Salario: $40,000 - $42,000
