The Role:

We're looking for a results-oriented PPC expert who can independently manage and scale a paid media budget starting at $25,000/month, with a goal of growing it to $100,000/month. Your primary responsibility will be managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, and YouTube, with a strong focus on lead generation at a CPA target of $100.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and scale ROI-positive campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Design or oversee the design of high-converting digital ads. You'll either create ad visuals yourself using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar—or manage freelance designers to ensure ad creatives meet campaign needs.
  • Build and structure PPC accounts from scratch or restructure existing campaigns for performance.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns to reduce CPA and improve conversion rates.
  • Identify high-intent audiences looking to start a business and target them effectively across platforms.
  • Report directly to the executive team on ad performance, insights, and budget recommendations.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in PPC management with budgets over $20K/month.
  • Proven experience generating leads in the U.S. market through Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, A/B testing, audience targeting, and landing page optimization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent role with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills – confident using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform analytics.
  • Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads and YouTube Shorts/Reels strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (not required if experience is exceptional).
  • Prior agency experience or in-house leadership of PPC strategy for a growth-stage company.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
