TU ROL

En esta posición serás responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de Calidad aplicables a las actividades de calibración, mantenimiento y operación de los instrumentos de planta, garantizando alineación con estándares nacionales e internacionales, requerimientos regulatorios para mercados de exportación, normativas de la industria y las políticas de Calidad de la Compañía. Tu trabajo contribuye directamente a la productividad y continuidad operativa de la planta al asegurar que los equipos críticos se encuentren calibrados, confiables y disponibles para soportar la fabricación y liberación oportuna de productos.

Administrarás el programa mensual de calibración, ejecutando servicios de calibración en sitio (campo), documentando cada actividad con precisión bajo lineamientos GMP y asegurando la trazabilidad completa conforme a auditorías locales y corporativas. Serás responsable de actualizar el inventario de instrumentos en los sistemas oficiales (CMMS), gestionar órdenes de trabajo, registrar actividades en SAP PM u otras plataformas similares, y coordinar con áreas internas para asegurar la programación adecuada de calibraciones, verificaciones y mantenimientos correctivos.

Supervisarás y darás seguimiento a proveedores externos de calibración y mantenimiento, asegurando que sus servicios cumplan con los estándares técnicos, de seguridad y de documentación exigidos por la Compañía. Además, participarás en proyectos, actividades de mejora continua, planes de remediación y cualquier iniciativa orientada a elevar la eficiencia operativa del área, proponiendo soluciones y mejoras basadas en tu experiencia técnica y tu entendimiento de los procesos.

Este rol requiere una persona autónoma, con iniciativa y alta capacidad de autogestión, ya que la posición es dinámica, altamente operativa y demanda recorridos constantes en planta. Serás responsable de mantener un enfoque riguroso en la exactitud, la organización y el detalle, asegurando registros impecables y el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de documentación. Finalmente, contribuirás a la administración del presupuesto del área y garantizarás el cumplimiento de las políticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS).

QUIÉN ERES

  • Técnico o profesional en: Técnico en Calibración, Electrónica, Mantenimiento Industrial, Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica-Eléctrica, Industrial, Automatización y Control o áreas afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en calibración, instrumentación o posiciones similares.

  • Experiencia en industria farmacéutica (deseable).

  • Conocimientos de instrumentación, control y metrología.

  • Conocimiento del Sistema Internacional de Unidades, equivalencias y principios de medición.

  • Experiencia ejecutando calibraciones en campo.

  • Manejo de documentación conforme a GMP y Buenas Prácticas de Documentación.

  • Conocimiento de SAP PM o sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento (CMMS).

  • Conocimiento de normativas STPS aplicables a maquinaria y equipo.

  • Cumplimiento de políticas EHS.

  • Inglés básico con capacidad de leer e interpretar manuales técnicos.

  • Habilidades blandas: iniciativa, energía, enfoque en resultados, trabajo en equipo, buena comunicación, atención al detalle, autogestión y deseo genuino de aprender y crecer en el área de calibración e instrumentación.
