¿Qué harás en este rol?

Liderar proyectos estratégicos de alto impacto para la vertical de Inventory Access, asegurando ejecución end-to-end y resultados medibles que impulsen las ventas y eficiencia de Kavak Aliados. Inicialmente, será responsable del proyecto de Subasta Física (actualmente 15% de las ventas totales) y del proyecto de Compras Inteligentes (NextCAR), alineando stakeholders y asegurando entregables con impacto directo en ventas y márgenes.

¿Qué buscamos?

Principales Funciones de la Posición
  • Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar el roadmap del proyecto de Subasta Física, garantizando al menos dos ediciones por mes.
  • Liderar el proyecto NextCAR (compras inteligentes), actuando como responsable end-to-end: definición de requerimientos, coordinación con el equipo de IA, implementación y escalamiento.
  • Asegurar alineación entre stakeholders clave: Operaciones, Comercial, Pricing, IA/Product, Legal y Compliance.
  • Definir y dar seguimiento a KPIs de impacto directo en Inventory Access (ventas, margen, recurrencia de dealers, participación de subastas).
  • Implementar metodologías PMO para gestión de riesgos, tiempos, presupuestos y entregables.
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de avance y resultados para liderazgo senior.
