We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Consultant
with strong analytical, solution-design, and stakeholder-facing skills to lead requirements elicitation and help deliver scalable, business-driven Salesforce solutions. This role combines deep functional Salesforce expertise, hands-on configuration, and close collaboration with technical teams and clients to translate complex business needs into effective CRM platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, eliciting requirements via meetings and workshops, communicating tradeoffs, and translating these into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Designing and maintaining comprehensive process flow diagrams, business and data models, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
- Conducting QA, writing test scripts, and leading UAT.
- Monitoring and recommending improvements for data quality, integrity, security, governance, and process optimizations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Analyst/Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or Solution Architect with a comprehensive understanding of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) capabilities.
- Ability to influence at various levels.
- Experience in agile methodology and using JIRA or similar technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, high EQ, and the ability to establish relationships based on trust.
- Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Administrator/Advanced Administrator.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data management standards.
Nice to Have:
- Additional Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Experience Cloud Consultant.
- PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications.
