We are looking for a Red Team Operations Jr. Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. 

This role is ideal for an structured approach for decision making, drive process improvements and continuous improvement mindset individual who understands how to work with multiple disciplines of cyber security specialists to perform offensive security activities simulating known threat actors, develop training on other Cybersecurity audiences, detect adversaries, understand attack vectors, threat actor's techniques to prevent or support active digital security breaches.

This person is expected to be able to coordinate with senior leadership, plan, and oversee execution of adversary assessments and assist other IT towers and teams to improve our cybersecurity defense. 

Educational requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Experience: 

  • Offensive security, ethical hacking, and penetration testing.
  • Managing or leading Red Team or adversary emulation activities.
  • Using security assessment tools (Metasploit, Nmap, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, Burp Suite).
  • Working with networking components (routers, switches, load balancers, wireless access points).
  • Conducting vulnerability assessments and automating testing processes.

  • Strategic decision-making and risk-based analysis.
  • Process improvement and continuous optimization mindset.
  • Strong communication with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Vendor and third-party management.
  • Solid understanding of firewalls, proxies, mail and web servers.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing security and related risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
