This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Supplier Account Manager in Monterrey, México with Signify.

Position Summary:

The Supplier Account Manager is responsible for leading strategic supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals, and securing long-term value through cost management, innovation, and operational continuity. This role combines strong commercial acumen with analytical capabilities to drive performance, mitigate risks, and foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial and pricing negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitive cost structures and contract compliance.

  • Develop, execute, and maintain supplier and logistics agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategic objectives.

  • Manage supplier performance and relationship governance, including regular reviews, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate and host innovation and collaboration events to promote value creation, sustainability, and technology advancement within the supply base.

  • Conduct market analytics and benchmarking to monitor trends, forecast cost movements, and support strategic sourcing decisions.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for supply chain continuity issues, driving cross-functional alignment and timely resolution.

  • Partner with internal teams—including Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering—to ensure supplier strategies support operational and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or contract negotiations.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
