**Description**:El Especialista de FP&A LATAM proporcionará datos e información consolidada para ambos los líderes Comercial y Financiero de LATAM. La posición de FP&A será una fuente estratégica de datos para el VP Comercial y el Director Financiero de LATAM, incluyendo análisis de BI y la preparación de presentaciones e informes consolidados, según sea necesario.La posición estará estrechamente involucrada en asignaciones estratégicas tales como el Plan Operativo Anual, Presupuestos y todas las tareas estratégicas que la Compañía utiliza como guía, siempre a nível de consolidación, trabajando de cerca con los líderes de Finanzas de Brasil, Colombia, México y Cono Sur.**Key Responsibilities**:Será responsable de asegurar que todas las regiones estén en conformidad con las asignaciones financieras, de acuerdo con los estándares y expectativas de la empresa, y estará involucrado en Auditorías internas y externas, dando seguimiento junto a los líderes financieros regionales y proporcionando actualizaciones constantes al Director Financiero LATAM.**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o un campo relacionado (requerido).- Más de tres años de experiência relevante en Contabilidad, Finanzas o un área relacionada (requerido).- Experiência en Auditoría (Interna o Externa) (requerido).- Dominio de español e inglés (requerido).- Experiência y comprensión de operaciones financieras en maquilladoras (México) y en empresas manufactureras.- Capacidad para desenvolverse en equipos financieros multinacionales y multiculturales a lo largo de la región LATAM.**About Franklin Electric**:More than just a workplace, Franklin Electric is a vibrant and inclusive community of forward-thinkers, united by our mission to drive positive impact worldwide.
