En REVO LABS buscamos un(a) Analista de Datos para TikTok Live, responsable de la planeación, ejecución y análisis de transmisiones en vivo, asegurando el correcto desarrollo operativo del live y el análisis de métricas para la optimización del rendimiento y resultados comerciales.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar y dirigir la operación logística de lives en TikTok.
  • Planear horarios, duración y estructura de las transmisiones en vivo.
  • Monitorear métricas en tiempo real (audiencia, retención, interacción, conversión).
  • Analizar el desempeño de cada live y generar reportes de resultados.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora basadas en datos.
  • Coordinar con hosts, community manager y equipo de marketing durante los lives.
  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento técnico (cuentas, conexión, equipo básico).
  • Dar seguimiento a incidencias durante la transmisión.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Estadística, Marketing, Administración o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en análisis de datos, performance digital o gestión de lives (deseable).
  • Conocimiento de métricas de TikTok Live y plataformas de analítica digital.
  • Manejo de Excel / Google Sheets (nivel intermedio o avanzado).
  • Capacidad de análisis, organización y toma de decisiones en tiempo real.
  • Disponibilidad de horario conforme a la programación de lives.
