Objetivo:

Liderar la gestión de nuevo productos (NPI) para los mercados de Americas Export, asegurando la entrega en tiempo y forma mediante una coordinación eficiente entre equipos comerciales, cadena de suministro, finanzas y áreas de soporte. Impulsar la alineación entre los equipos de las OpCo's, gestionar riesgos, escalaciones y contribuir a la mejora continua del proceso de NPI aplicando la metodología TPM.

Actividades:

  • Liderar los proyectos de NPI (Introducción de Nuevos Productos) de Americas Export en coordinación con los diferentes equipos comerciales, cadena de suministro y finanzas.
  • Asegurar en tiempo y forma la entrega de los proyectos cumpliendo con el presupuesto asignado.
  • Preparar y liderar las juntas mensuales de Innovación con el MT para compartir el estatus de los proyectos, detonar acciones y mostrar escenarios ante riesgos. Asegurar que todos los stakeholders estén alineados previamente a las juntas.
  • Gestionar riesgos, imprevistos y realizar las escalaciones oportunas para cada proyecto.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua del proceso de NPI aplicando la metodología TPM.
  • Brindar soporte para todas las iniciativas de Americas Export desde optimización de la cadena de valor, homologación de empaques, racionalización de SKUs, etc.
  • Administrar el Master Data de Americas Export, asegurando el correcto TP, flete, y todos los elementos relevantes para la creación y modificación de SKU y Distribuidores.
  • Apoyar en la preparación de presentaciones y escenarios para la gerencia.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o Finanzas/Contabilidad.
  • Deseable + 3 años de experiencia en temas relacionados con la cadena de suministro, servicio al cliente e Innovación.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint y conocimiento de SAP (deseable).
  • Inglés avanzado
