Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager, based in Veracruz, VER. The Planning Manager will oversee project planning, including resource allocation, scheduling, and process optimization. The role involves coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure projects are completed on time, monitoring performance, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives. Collaboration, strategy development, and adherence to industry standards are integral to daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Project Planning and Scheduling skills, including resource allocation and critical path management
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Metrics Tracking to evaluate performance and identify adjustments.
  • Using MS project or P6.
  • Strong Leadership and Team Coordination skills to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to address operational challenges and optimize outcomes
  • Excellent Communication and Decision-Making skills for clear and effective coordination
  • Experience in the oil and natural gas industry is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
