Role Overview:

The VP – IT Infrastructure Services (LATAM) is responsible for leading the

transformation, integration, and modernisation of IT infrastructure services across

the LATAM region. The role will drive the transition to a GBS IT operating model,

standardise processes, and deploy AI-driven, automated operations to build a secure,

scalable, and cost-efficient technology backbone that enables business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead GBS integration by consolidating LATAM IT operations into a unified global

delivery model.


• Implement AI-powered observability, AIOps, and self-healing infrastructure

to improve availability and reduce MTTR.


• Drive cloud-first adoption, software-defined infrastructure


• Partner with CIOs and business leaders to build ROI-based transformation

roadmaps and deliver measurable business value.


• Manage budgets, optimise vendor contracts, and implement a consumption-

based pricing model for IT services.


• Ensure compliance with LATAM regulations, data privacy, cybersecurity policies,

and disaster recovery readiness.


• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, embedding a culture of

innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

16+ years in IT infrastructure leadership, with proven success in regional/global

transformation. Strong expertise in cloud, enterprise networks, automation, and ITIL-based

service management, and vendor governance. Excellent financial acumen and

stakeholder management skills. Bilingual (English)

This is a Hybrid role and can be located anywhere in Mexico
