We are Hiring: Head of IT Operations

We are looking for a
Head of IT Operations
to drive our infrastructure strategy and lead high-performing teams.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our IT ecosystem, ensuring that our technology not only supports the business but propels it toward its strategic goals.

The Mission:

Lead IT Operations by optimizing budgets, managing key vendor relationships, and ensuring our hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure are world-class. You will be responsible for maintaining service stability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Infrastructure:
    Align IT assets (HW/SW/Telco) with organizational goals.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee service delivery, contract renewals, and ITIL-based improvements.
  • Financial Stewardship:
    Manage the IT budget to maximize ROI and operational liquidity.
  • Risk & Compliance:
    Ensure zero-impact audits through rigorous internal controls and regulatory adherence.
  • Leadership:
    Empower multidisciplinary teams and bridge the gap between IT and business units.

What we are looking for:

Education:
Degree in CS, IT Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:
5+ years in IT Ops Management & leadership roles.

Cloud & Tech:
Strong knowledge of Public/Private Cloud architecture and vendor management.

Language:
Advanced/Conversational English.

Skills:
High-level Project Management, Conflict Resolution, and a goal-oriented mindset.
