Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation of the Accounting Service Centre in the region, which includes the following functions: General Ledger, Closing & Reporting, Fixed Assets, Bank and Cash, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Representing Accounting Services with key stakeholders in the region.
- Develop passionate team that is eager to not only deliver operationally but also keen to continuously embrace change on a local and regional scale.
- Accurate Financial information, Monthly account reconciliations, and explain main Balance sheet deviations.
- Prepare and deploy Internal control procedures and guidelines
- Maintain Financial KPIs on target, as overdues, Payment on time, Cash Flow forecast.
- Support and cross functional collaboration with other financial areas such as Controlling, taxes, treasury, and Logistics, purchase and operation.
- High-quality vendor, customer communication and minimal overdue items.
- Full compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP FI / CO. +5 years and software for reporting and data analysis (DashBoards)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset for reconciliations and issue resolution.
- Fluent in English.
- Good command of Excel, databases, and reporting tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset and eager to drive finance transformation through change management.
- Experience of working in a truly multicultural working environment. Finance leadership experience, with proven success in leading teams through change management processes.
