  • Responsible for managing the production launches of new parts and processes as well as the change management for existing parts and production processes
  • Manages and facilitates the APQP activity for all new launches
  • Support gate review meetings and document the results
  • Organize sub-task meetings to support the gate reviews and launch activities
  • Coordinate and communicate project requirements
  • Facilitates Change Management Process internally and externally
  • Monitor and report on key APQP program performance metrics
  • Interact with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Suppliers to coordinate launch activities

Experiencia y requisitos

  • University/Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant program management work experience within the Automotive Industry
  • Previous experience in working with a program/project management software package
  • Previous experience with production launch activities and knowledge of manufacturing methods
  • Knowledge of using the AIAG APQP process
  • Knowledge of ECR, BTR procedures
  • knowledge of PFLOW, PFMEA, CPLAN, BOM, Routing, APQP procedures
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality standards
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking ability, and problem solving capacity
  • Good team player with an ability to work in a cross functional team environment at all levels within the organization
  • English Advanced
  • Visa required
