Work You'll Do

  • Utilization of Field Service Techs.
  • Utilization of ISP´s (Control Retrofits & Gear Boxes Support).
  • Comply of Service Sales Plan.
  • Process Simplification.
  • Timeline Control for R&R Projects.
  • Sales Promotion of Field Service Portfolio (Maps, Hours Packages, Training).
  • Customer´s satisfaction report.
  • Quarterly conference with all the technical team.

Qualifications

  • Engineering Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge in computer (Windows, Microsoft Office)
  • Completely Bilingual (necessary) Verbal and Written communication in English and Spanish
