Requirements - Experience - Skills:
Proved experience for implementation of new products, as well as follow-up of all activities involving new products, without the need for direct supervision.
Experience in development and implementation of production processes in Molding, Decorating, Painting/Metallizing and Final Assembly Processes.
Experience in BOM creation and / or audit
Experience in managing external suppliers
Organize data collection and analysis activities and prepare reports on discrepancies against internal control standards.
Experience in reviewing the methods and procedures related to analysis, laboratory testing of materials, raw materials, finished and in-process products, as well as the reports with results and diagnostics.
Experience in reviewing the compliance with the procedures for validation tests that certify that the products are manufactured according to the pre-established requirements and standards.
Able to explore problems that occur and determine their solutions through problem analysis methodologies, prepare reports and document solutions and improvements.
Able to maintain control of records for validation documents.
Experience with Studies of times, movements and needs to carry out the continuous improvement of production.
Experience in conducting internal audit projects, according to procedures.
General knowledge for drawing interpretation
Microsoft office proficient user
Education:
A minimum education with a university degree in Engineering. Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions, to carry out assigned work. Knowledge of various quality control systems and management methods.
Experience/Skills:
Solid knowledge of quality and production systems in their implementation, assurance and compliance stages.
The Project Engineer shall satisfy all the following:
Have at least 1 to 3 years in a management position comparable to Project Engineer and/or Engineering or Manufacturing area. Requires the use of judgment to comply with the established methods and procedures involved in the work, conversational and written English, teamwork and under pressure, PC and systems management, proficient communication at all levels, analytical and leadership skills.
