Graphic Designer

Team: Thread Creative

Location: LATAM or EMEAI (Remote)

Full Time (40 hrs per week)

Overview

The Graphic Designer will be a key contributor to Thread Creative's design team, supporting strategic marketing campaigns across verticals. This role requires a strong grasp of visual storytelling, brand alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Designers work closely with Art Directors, Content Leads, and Campaign Managers to deliver high-impact creative across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design assets for web, social media, email, presentations, events, and print.
  • Translate campaign briefs into compelling visual concepts aligned with PTC brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Content Leads to ensure consistency and clarity across deliverables.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or agency environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  • Familiarity with Workfront and collaborative design workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and proven aptitude leveraging AI tools to increase speed and efficiency within creative workflows.
