Job Description ¿Qué harás como Value Stream Leader?

Como parte del equipo de Operaciones, tu principal responsabilidad será liderar la ejecución diaria de la planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, seguridad, calidad y costos. Serás el enlace entre la estrategia del negocio y la operación, coordinando múltiples áreas (producción, mantenimiento, calidad, almacén) para garantizar resultados sostenibles.

Gestionarás directamente a Supervisores (Group Performance Leaders) y de forma indirecta a Líderes de Turno (Team Performance Leaders), impulsando proyectos de mejora continua, iniciativas de ahorro y optimización de procesos bajo principios Lean y Six Sigma. Además, tendrás un rol clave en la implementación de nuevos productos y en la mejora de la eficiencia operativa.

¿Qué habilidades necesitas para tener éxito?

• Inglés conversacional fluido (indispensable).
• Experiencia en manufactura (no negociable), preferentemente en operaciones de conversión o producción.
• Liderazgo comprobado en entornos de alta demanda, gestionando equipos grandes (idealmente más de 100 personas).
• Capacidad analítica para identificar problemas y traducirlos en planes de acción efectivos.
• Conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua (Green Belt deseable).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación a todos los niveles (operadores, ingenieros, gerentes).
• Resiliencia y adaptabilidad, con habilidad para manejar presión y dar respuesta rápida ante imprevistos.
• Actitud proactiva y orientada a resultados, con enfoque en ahorro y optimización.
• Dominio intermedio de Excel y herramientas de análisis.
