ISG Order Execution Team is responsible for the E2E operation from the MFG SO creation until the order ships. We manage the execution and operative relationship between the fulfillment and the manufacturing team.

Our key KPI is to ensure every single order ships according to the SLA (PSSD/RPSSD).

The main activities the OE Specialist will perform are the following:
Manufacturing Order Management (MO creation, MO changes).

Rebalance approvals for raw materia.l

Build Ahead creation / Management.

CTB/ ATB Analysis and Reporting.

Critical Order prioritization.

Offspec control.

Finish Goods Optimization.

Deal with special customer requirements.

Review daily backlog to get in front of potential issues affecting customers.
