This role spans strategic planning, operational execution, and the development of analytical frameworks that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. You will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams to implement best practices, scale data infrastructure, and unlock actionable insights. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy solving complex problems with data, and can translate analysis into clear, business-oriented recommendations. Accountabilities:
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing data intelligence team to deliver insights on user behavior, platform usage, and business outcomes.
  • Own the end-to-end data strategy, ensuring analytics scale effectively across all business functions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Growth, and Go-to-Market leaders to develop analytical frameworks, dashboards, and tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Operationalize key metrics for every business area, creating dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure performance and inform strategy.
  • Champion data literacy across the organization, embedding best practices for analysis, experimentation, and insight-driven decision-making.
  • Turn loosely defined business problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer conversion, retention, engagement, and lifetime value using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of all analytical outputs through best-in-class frameworks and testing structures.
Requirements:8+ years of experience in analytical roles within SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure companies.3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing analytical teams.Strong proficiency in SQL and deep familiarity with modern data warehouse and analytics tools (BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Tableau, PostHog).Experience scaling a data-driven team, from data instrumentation and dashboards to experimentation and insight discovery.Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.Strategic problem-solving skills, capable of structuring ambiguous challenges into practical analyses.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-starter with strong prioritization skills, bias for action, and ownership over results.Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment with global teams.
