LINE PRODUCER

Description

At Mighty Animation, we're looking for an experienced Line Producer to lead the production of an animated project with a high level of ownership, structure, and client management. This role is key to ensuring a smooth production process while working closely with a highly demanding client with limited experience in animation workflows.

This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and confident managing ambiguity, capable of setting structure, guiding the client, and protecting the production team while delivering on time and on quality.

Key Responsabilities 

  • Plan, manage, and oversee the full production workflow from kickoff to delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact with the client, translating creative requests into clear production plans.
  • Establish structure, priorities, and realistic timelines in environments with changing or unclear requirements.
  • Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep production moving forward.
  • Coordinate artists, supervisors, and department leads, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Track schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage client feedback and notes, organizing and prioritizing them for the production team.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Proven experience as a Line Producer or Production Manager in animation, VFX, or audiovisual production.
  • Strong understanding of animation production workflows (2D, 3D, or mixed pipelines).
  • Ability to work with inexperienced or disorganized clients, guiding them through the production process and setting clear boundaries.
  • High level of organization and planning, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or evolving projects.
  • Experience managing high-pressure environments and demanding stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in schedule building, task tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency with production tools (Shotgrid, Google Sheets, or similar).
  • Fluent Spanish (mandatory) due to direct client communication.
  • Advanced English to collaborate with international artists and vendors.
