British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Executive in Monterrey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Connect End Market requirements with the planning process at material purchasing and production planning level.
• Track with the Material Supplier Management team the correct purchasing plan and arrival dates for the materials required for each project.
• To track & monitor WOFF (Write Off)  exposure of each one of the projects while maintaining communication and proper approvals from marketing teams.
• Provide options and scenarios to the End Markets with the correct balance and data analysis.
• Support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO KPIs for the assigned Area/Category
• Drive the adoption and implementation of digital transformation initiatives (Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, Clear Metal, PBI, and other online tools) for the assigned Area
• Review dashboards to highlight exceptions and drive / seek approval for required actions to mitigate as required and creation and approval of inventory stockholding or other relevant policies within defined levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management in order to deliver sustainable change and the end game Operations vision and  ensure all Planning relevant Master Data is complete and correct across all required systems.

What are we looking for?

•  Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, business administration or any relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement or planning experience.
• Advanced English level
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and planning skills and engagement skills
• SAP Knowledge
