IMPORTANT: A minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales related to Property Management and Construction is required for this role.

This is a Full-time, Work-From-Home vacancy We want individuals who chase growth and set ambitious goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position Overview:

We're seeking a Sales and Client Relations Coordinator for a Construction and Property Management company to lead client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and oversee project execution.

  • Own leads from first contact to scheduled service.
  • Perform sales conversations, proposals, estimates, pipeline tracking, job scheduling, and account follow-ups across construction, contracting, renovation, and property maintenance service lines.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Schedule jobs with internal teams and/or vendors.
  • Confirm projects are scheduled accurately (not canceled/postponed) and documented.
  • Coordinate client relations across multi-family portfolios, property management clients, and contracting opportunities.
  • Spot opportunities to increase job volume and account revenue, even during slower periods.
  • Maintain account documentation integrity and protect confidential client data.

Prior experience in multifamily renovations or property management is a strong plus.

We offer incentives and commissions in addition to the fixed salary described below.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Sales and Client relations.
  • Prior 2-3 years experience in multifamily renovations or property management is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of property management principles, real estate laws, lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance practices.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Bilingual
  • Proactive
  • Organized

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to fluently speak, read and write in English.
  • Advanced conversational English. (Little to no accent)
  • Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
  • College preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Own a modern Computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM)
