We're a small, passionate team based in Las Vegas, NV, with global remote team members.Looking to hire a full-time sales coordinator with 1-3 years of experience of order management, logistics coordination, and customer service. Must be fluent in English and able to operate during US Pacific working hours**Responsibilities**:- Assist sales team with daily sales activities, including order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.- Maintain and update sales trackers and customer records for accuracy and accessibility.- Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.- Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations.- Complete vendor forms and handle customer inquiries promptly.Required Experience:- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the CPG or food industry.- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software.- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.- Passion for growth.- Please write "Bean Squad" at the beginning of your cover letter to be considered for the rolePay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you fluent in English?
