Key Responsibilities
Report Preparation & Analysis

  • Design and deliver detailed reports that provide actionable insights into business and operational performance
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, supporting managers and business units in data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards to track and present key business performance metrics

Data Integration & Optimization

  • Collaborate with IT and leadership to address complex data challenges, ensuring seamless integration across multiple data sources
  • Streamline reporting processes by leveraging enterprise system expertise and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency

Monthly & Quarterly Reporting Activities

  • Assist in preparing and publishing key financial reports, including AR Aging, Collections, Sales Registers, and Unapplied Cash & Credits
  • Support quarterly assessments for AR provisions related to bad debts, ensuring compliance with ADTI standards
  • Facilitate the monthly closure of AR modules, ensuring accurate journal entries for intercompany transactions, unapplied credits, withholding taxes, Forex reinstatements, and vendor balance transfers

Data Visualization & Decision Enablement

  • Create visually compelling charts, graphs, and infographics to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Promote the use of standardized metrics and reporting practices to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between functional teams to ensure seamless documentation and reporting processes

  • Contribute to financial planning and centralized process improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, external guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all reporting activities.

  • Advocate for continuous improvement and standardization in reporting processes to support organizational excellence.

Qualifications And Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in financial reporting,
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is advantageous
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., OneStream) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and leveraging technology
