Your Impact

The main purpose of this new and critical position is to support accelerated Pepsico Foods North America scheduling of delivery, selling and merchanidising roles to support ShiftSmart and Bringoz implementation and sustainment through:

• Scheduling roles with OT1 software and uploading into

• Define/document updated process with output through Bringoz last mile management software and scheduling tools

• Influence local business teams to execute according to design and adherence to strategic objective

• Leverage analytics and innovation tools to allow for efficient execution GTM solutions
• Operate and manage solution sessions with ZBT utilizing designed tools to solve complex go to market solutions
• Collaborate and influence within the cross functional teams with both HQ and Field Partners
• Support delivery of executable strategies that maximize GTM principles (drop size, Ecomm, optimization, segmented delivery and merchandising) focused on improved execution.
• Ensure all project design principals are being implemented and technology tools are fully utilized within program guardrails

Who Are We Looking For?  

• English language proficiency, both verbal and written
  
• Bachelor's degree 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel advanced, Power Point)
• Strong data analytic capabilities required
  
• Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, influencing, and follow up skills
  
• Ability to self-manage to plan and meet a daily agenda
  
• Must be self-motivated and work with little supervision
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
