YOUR ROLE

• Define the appropriated repairs solutions.
• Perform design and preliminary stress assessments and provide to the customer organization with design and stress decisions.
• Support of structural assembly activities.
• Perform justification documents of the repairs solutions.
• Analyze the applicability of the repairs. Find out about the repair or a/c configuration.
• Analyze and design the modifications or corrective actions into the Structure Repair Manual.
• Coordinate and communicate among different transnational teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• 1-2 years of experience as Aircraft Repair Engineer or similar roles.
• Capability in find out solutions with a proactive approach and open mind.
• Proven experience in structural A/C design in metallic and composites structures, especially in repairs or concessions.
• Proven experience in Stress justifications for in service or concessions support, in both static and fatigue perspective.
• Developed engineering judgement approach to repairs or concessions with clear understanding of the assumptions and simplifications accepted by OEMs.
• Knowledge of the repair or concessions process in SAP and TRM.
• Knowledge in CAD software as CATIA v5.
• Knowledge in calculations software ISAMI tools, Nastran, Hypermesh.
• Good Knowledge in static and Fatigue analysis.
• Experience in repairs and maintenance related to customer service document (AIRNAV, SRM, AMM, IPC) and ATA structure chapter (ATA 51,52, 53, 55 & 57).
• Capability to work with intensity and big control of stress situations. Timing is very important in this position.
• Strong ability in teamwork, capability to hear and transmit the ideas.
• Advance level of English, spoken and writing.
