  • Creating listings on our E-Commerce platform and marketplace platforms daily.
  • Finding suitable E-Commerce products at our Mexicali facilities.
  • Photographing products when necessary.
  • Supporting Customer Care and VP of E-Commerce with marketplace customer interactions.
  • Speaking with the support centers for each marketplace when we are blocked.
  • Monitoring the marketplace KPIs and supporting customer service.
  • Reporting on the performance of the marketplaces each week, sharing also key competitors in these channels.

Experiencia y requisitos

  • Good attention to detail, analytical, diligent (must)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel (strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics such as laptops is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-Commerce or a related field is required
