Country Manager México (Senior - Sector Conciertos y Entretenimiento Masivo)

Ubicación: Zapopan, Jalisco (Presencial). Sueldo: $45, $50,000.00 netos mensuales (Libres de impuestos). Tipo de contrato: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado.

El Perfil que buscamos

No buscamos administradores de plantas industriales ni coordinadores de eventos sociales. Buscamos un Estratega Operativo con "sangre de entretenimiento" que entienda que un concierto es una maquinaria logística de alta precisión que no admite errores.

Tu misión no es solo ejecutar, es sistematizar. Buscamos a alguien que tome el control total del país, implemente automatizaciones tecnológicas y eleve la rentabilidad mediante procesos analíticos robustos.

1. Requisitos Indispensables (Experiencia Senior)

  • Trayectoria en Entretenimiento: Mínimo 8 a 10 años en posiciones de liderazgo en la industria de Conciertos, Festivales o Espectáculos Masivos.
  • Arquitectura de Procesos: Capacidad probada para diseñar e implementar SOPs (Procedimientos Operativos Estándar) específicos para montajes de alta complejidad.
  • Dominio Tecnológico y Automatización: Usuario experto en Microsoft Project, Monday, Trello y, sobre todo, Power BI para la creación de tableros de control en tiempo real.
  • Mentalidad Analítica: Experto en gestión presupuestal, optimización de recursos y análisis financiero para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Formación: Ingeniería, Negocios o Administración con Alto conocimiento en Operaciones o Dirección.

2. Responsabilidades Críticas

  • Dirección Estratégica Nacional: Dirigir la operación integral de EBS en México, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos de crecimiento y rentabilidad de la Dirección Corporativa.
  • Automatización Operativa: Digitalizar y estandarizar los procesos de montajes, logística y estructuras para eliminar la improvisación en campo.
  • Supervisión de Alto Impacto: Validar cronogramas, recursos técnicos y resolver riesgos críticos en producciones de gran escala.
  • Control Financiero Riguroso: Aprobar presupuestos y garantizar el cumplimiento de metas financieras mediante el uso eficiente de activos y personal.
  • Liderazgo y Cultura: Dirigir al equipo multidisciplinario local bajo una cultura de orden, disciplina y comunicación asertiva.
