You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.
- Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI's and targets and provide reporting as required.
- Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate "best in industry" execution of our categories.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.
- Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

What you need to know about this position:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de cuenta detallados para las principales cadenas de farmacias y clientes directos en el canal de proximidad, incluyendo la gestión de 2 clientes directos clave en Guadalajara y KIOSKO farmacias en Colima.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los tomadores de decisiones clave en las cuentas asignadas, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y la lealtad a largo plazo
- Liderar negociaciones comerciales, asegurando acuerdos beneficiosos para ambas partes que cumplan con los objetivos de volumen, rentabilidad y participación de mercado
- Monitorear las tendencias del mercado, la actividad de la competencia y el rendimiento de las ventas para ajustar estrategias y tácticas de cuenta según sea necesario
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de marketing, cadena de suministro y finanzas para asegurar la alineación de las estrategias y la ejecución eficiente de las iniciativas
Education / Certifications:
Lic. Administracion/ negocios o a fines.
Job specific requirements:
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia comprobada como Key Account Manager o rol similar, con un historial exitoso en la gestión de cuentas del canal de proximidad.
- Conocimiento de Cuentas Farmacéuticas: Experiencia indispensable y profundo conocimiento en la gestión de cuentas dentro del sector farmacéutico.
- Persona con un liderazgo excepcional, capaz de inspirar, motivar y dirigir equipos tanto internos como externos para el logro de objetivos.
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación sobresalientes, con una gran fluidez verbal y capacidad para presentar ideas de manera clara, concisa y persuasiva ante diversos interlocutores.
- Capacidad para analizar datos de ventas, tendencias de mercado y métricas financieras para desarrollar estrategias efectivas.
- Enfoque proactivo y orientado a resultados, con la capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con los objetivos.
- Herramientas: Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) y CRM.
- Ingles intermedio/ avanzado
