JOB PURPOSE
Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do creating a better business and a better world. This role will give you the opportunity of becoming the Finance Lead of one of Mexico's most iconic brands; Dove, Pond's, Sedal, Savile, etc. with annual sales of €400m.
This is an exciting role as you will be close to the business team and you will be a key player for defining the strategy of the category and supporting the team by bringing facts, analysis and challenges to the category to maximize our business results.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Mexico business partnering owning the E2E P&L and collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, CSP and Latam regional team to deliver profitable growth for the categories.

  • Provide financial guidance and support for marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer initiatives and be the challenger of the category to drive business performance.

  • Have a clear understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities through NRM.

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for Trade Spend, Brand Marketing Investment and Overheads.

  • Track and analyze budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

  • Business Partnering experience

  • Excellent communication

  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with non-financial stakeholders

  • Experience in presenting to and communicating with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders

  • Disruptive thinking to balance profitable growth and consumer-based decisions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced Excel

  • Insightful analytics

  • Attention to detail

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a finance business partner.

    Experience in FMCG or similar industries preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in forecasting, and P&L management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Phyton, Power BI
