Position Summary

Our Hotel Reservation Agents provide World Class Service to all inbound and outbound calls from our Guest supporting their reservations needs. In our fast-paced, exciting environment, your day will consist of various call scenarios ranging from assisting guest making hotel reservations, Customer Service and, providing answers as needed to any process related questions, and more. The greatest part of the role is that you can assist our guests with booking the best vacation experience, once you join our Reservations Team From finding multiple promotional offers to assisting with customizing each vacation – you will be a professional at it all Room only, Meal plan packages, spa services and transportation services. The right candidate for this position matches the quality of our resorts – 5 diamonds

Essential Functions

•    Handle inbound and outbound calls with reservation requests and perform all other Customer Services functions.

•    Provide World Class Service on all calls by using ResortCom Call Quality model.

•    Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints through proper research, identify solutions and take ownership.

•    Maintain a working knowledge of all resorts, company policies, procedures, products, and services.

•    Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goal.

•    Willingness to work flexible schedules that varies according to business needs.

•    Adhere to assigned shift schedule and break and lunch schedules.

•    Attend and complete all required and compliance training.

•    Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment

The work for this position is conducted in an office environment. The noise level in this environment is usually high. Travel may be required to receive training, attend meetings and develop relationships with other professionals. Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.

Pay Information

Ø Reservation Agent (Spanish & English) – $20,000 Pesos monthly + monthly bonus

Ø Agents will be scheduled for 40 hours per week

Required Education and Experience

•    Bilingual (English – Spanish)

•    High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

•    Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

•    Ability to work under pressure (High Sales Environment/Strong Customer Service)

•    Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

•    Proper phone etiquette

•    Problem Solving Skills

•    Outstanding Customer Service Skills
