About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a key role in our Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. You'll collaborate across departments, support vendor relations, and contribute to continuous improvement within our accounting processes.

We're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about accuracy, who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Audit, code, and process invoices within our financial systems.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts and process pre-approved manual checks.
  • Collaborate with purchasing teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and comply with company policies.
  • Support financial tasks including bank reconciliations, intercompany entries, and journal postings.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
  • Conversational English
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with 3-Way Match (3WM) and Non-PO processes.
  • Experience manually entering high volumes of invoices with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of AP reports and KPIs to support performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
  • Understanding of the AP accounting cycle and related journal entries.
  • Preferred: participation in internal control or external audit processes.
