Principal Accountabilities
Shift 1: 6:00 - 2:00 (Monday - Saturday)

  • Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
  • Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.
  • With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management. Typically will need to elevate complex issues.
  • Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Complexity

  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
  • Receives guidance and oversight from manager
  • Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised
  • Accountable for the results of small-sized routine support or production operations teams
  • Solves problems based on set policies and procedures
  • Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
  • Previous experience as a people manager, really important ability to manage teams and soft skills involving to be a manager
  • Previous experience in a Warehouse environment .
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • WMS system desirable

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate
$29, $44,999.93 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
