Requirements
  • Experience: No prior experience needed we value commitment, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Education: Recent graduate in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or Civil Engineering.
  • Language: Advanced conversational English (fluent).
  • Bonus: French is not required but will be considered a strong plus
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and control office, cleaning, and cafeteria supplies to keep inventory accurate and ensure availability.
  • Provide logistical and operational support across different floors and buildings.
  • Assist with organizing office spaces and internal events.
  • Supervise external cleaning service providers.
  • Ensure proper delivery of materials and documents between departments.
  • Support the delivery and pickup of documents for business partners.
  • Manage vehicle access requests for employees and visitors.
  • Help coordinate meetings, flights, meals, and trips with punctuality and discretion.
  • Handle requests related to company-rented accommodations.
  • Follow up on tasks, manage confidential documents, and provide direct support to the CEO when needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate meals, restaurant reservations, and visits from key partners.
  • Research and contact suppliers for services and supplies.
  • Support management with expense tracking and invoicing.
  • Keep procedures and assigned processes well-documented.
What We Offer
  • Monthly base salary: $13,000.00 $16,000.00 MXN (gross).
  • Work tools provided.
