ROLES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
1.- Auditar sistema ISO
2.- Establecer métricos de calidad para todos los procesos de fabricación / manufactura, dando el seguimiento apropiado.
3.- Supervisar el proceso de fabricación / manufactura e informar cualquier fallo.
4.- Establecer y mantener procedimientos detallados de las necesidades a comprobar de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad, información proporcionada por ingeniería (dibujos) y la norma actual ISO9001:2015 – todo esto a través de procedimientos y planes de control.
5.- Desarrollar las prácticas de inspección de recibo basado en historiales de proveedores y especificaciones.
6.- Comunicar oportunamente a los proveedores cuanto existan problemas de calidad a través del sistema RMR y/u otros.
7.- Supervisar a los líderes y auditores proporcionando los materiales, procedimientos necesarios para sus inspecciones y auditorias al producto.
8.- Detectar las causas de problemas técnicos y recomendar correcciones.
9.- Elaborar los informes (CAPA / DMAIC) sobre fallos y generar acciones correctivas.
10.- Fijar y llevar un seguimiento a los objetivos de calidad plasmados cada inicio de año, para entrega al finalizar cada año.
11.- Coordinar las funciones de inspección de proceso, inspección recibo, laboratorio de los productos.
12.- Capacitar a líderes, auditores cuando sea necesario en las diferentes funciones del área de calidad.
13.- Manejo y Liderazgo de personal (personal a su cargo), lideres de calidad, auditores laboratorio de calidad.
AUTORIDAD
1.- Toma de decisión para el Sistema ISO-9001:2015, procedimientos, instrucción del sistema de gestión.
2.- Autorizar el uso de nuevos métricos en las áreas, métricos mensuales / anuales por área.
3.- Autorizar los procedimientos del sistema de gestión de calidad para la planta.
4.- Autorizar la disposición de material en áreas de cuarentena – para su uso.
5.- Autorizaciones en sistema Tress, para tiempo extra, vacaciones, faltas, permisos de mi personal a cargo.
6.- Autorización de piezas inspeccionadas FAI para su uso si estas están fuera de especificación contra fit/form/function – durante su revisión en visitas con proveedor.
CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y EXPERIENCIA
Conocimientos y Habilidades:

Educación y Experiencia:
- Carrera professional, preferentemente Ingeniero Industrial
- 3 años de experiencia cumpliendo funciones de Supervisor de Calidad o similar.
- Experiencia, Practica en el sistema de gestión de calidad
- Análisis estadístico
