Tu rol:
- Negociación, redacción y revisión de pólizas de seguro, contratos, endosos, materiales de marketing y otros documentos auxiliares.
- Asesoramiento legal en materia legal y regulatoria (en español e inglés).
- Interacción con el regulador para apoyar la presentación y aprobación de productos de todas las líneas de negocio.
- Servir como punto clave de interacción entre las unidades de negocio y el regulador para responder a las demandas y solicitudes.
- Desarrollo de capacitación para departamentos internos sobre nuevas regulaciones y otros requisitos.
- Supervisión de los abogados externos en relación con los procedimientos administrativos y judiciales.
Tu perfil:
- Se requiere cedula en derecho.
- De tres a cinco años de experiencia legal en el sector de reaseguros y/o seguros.
- Se requiere un miembro del equipo dinámico, comprometido y colaborador.
- Perspicacia comercial, agilidad de negociación y organización, habilidades de presentación y resolución de problemas, y buen juicio.
- El puesto requiere sólidas habilidades de negociación y comunicación, con un dominio avanzado del inglés (escrito y oral).
- Capacidad para analizar situaciones complejas y priorizar acciones.
- Capacidad para interactuar con clientes y corredores internos y externos, con socios comerciales de suscripción de todos los niveles, desde altos ejecutivos hasta suscriptores más jóvenes, y con otros equipos legales y de servicios de la empresa.
