Naturaleza del rol
Asegurar la compra eficiente, oportuna y estratégica de materiales comerciales de inversión (CAPEX) de la compañía, optimizando el uso de recursos, generando ahorros sostenibles y garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, políticas internas y objetivos financieros.

Actividades principales

  • Gestión de compras CAPEX: Coordinar y negociar la adquisición de materiales comerciales de inversión, asegurando el cumplimiento de requerimientos técnicos, presupuestales y de tiempos establecidos.
  • Optimización de inversión y generación de ahorros: Identificar oportunidades de eficiencia y mejora continua mediante la negociación de precios, optimización de estructuras de costos y mejora de procesos operativos, contribuyendo a la rentabilidad del negocio.
  • Gestión con proveedores estratégicos: Mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva con proveedores clave, asegurando el cumplimiento de KPIs, niveles de servicio, entregables y políticas de la compañía.
  • Innovación y mejora continua: Impulsar iniciativas de automatización, digitalización y circularidad dentro del proceso de compra y gestión de materiales, promoviendo prácticas más eficientes y sostenibles.
  • Seguimiento y control: Dar seguimiento al desempeño de proveedores, contratos, presupuestos y proyectos CAPEX, elaborando reportes y análisis para la toma de decisiones.
  • Cumplimiento y sostenibilidad: garantizar que todos los procesos estén alineados con las políticas de Procurement, Compliance y Sustentabilidad de Heineken (compras responsables, diversidad de proveedores, reducción de huella ambiental).
  • Alineación interna: Colaborar de manera efectiva con áreas como Finanzas, Marketing, Operaciones y Legal para asegurar una correcta ejecución de los proyectos de inversión.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Finanzas, Mercadotecnia o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en compras.
  • Experiencia en manejo de proveedores estratégicos y seguimiento de KPIs.
  • 1–3 años de experiencia previa en procurement estratégico o gestión de materiales comerciales.
  • Deseable Experiencia previa en marketing procurement
  • Experiencia la compra de materiales de inversión
  • Manejo de procesos de licitación, negociación y contratos.
  • Participación en planeación y control presupuestal CAPEX.
