JOB SUMMARY

• As a Quality Engineering Manager here at PIP, you will be a key leader in our unwavering commitment to achieving quality excellence in our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products. You will be the driving force behind ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services, guiding the quality engineering team to excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

You will report directly to our Plant Director and matrix reporting to regional quality leader. You will work out of our Tijuana, Mexico location on a permanent basis.

In this role, your leadership will be the cornerstone of our unwavering commitment to excellence. You will empower the quality engineering team, resulting in the consistent delivery of impeccable products and services. By developing and implementing advanced quality control processes, you will elevate our quality standards to new heights, setting industry benchmarks.

YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experienced Leader in Quality within manufacturing.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
• A proactive mindset, focused on results, collaboration, and growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

• Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean.
