**Quality Manager**:- Location- Latin America, Mexico, Tijuana- Job Reference- INTERCONNECTLATAM00329- Job Type- Full Time- Job Function- Operations- Job Purpose- Responsible for development, implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness monitoring of the Quality Management System of the Tijuana site in accordance with the applicable standards, both internal and those established by customers and / or applicable regulations. The Quality Manager is also responsible for leading and directing process improvement initiatives, facilitating, and leading team efforts to establish and monitor customer-supplier relationships, support strategic planning initiatives and their implementation, and develop measurement systems to determine organizational improvement. Likewise, the Quality Manager should be able to motivate and evaluate staff, manage projects and human resources, analyze financial situations, determine / evaluate risks, and employ knowledge management tools and techniques to solve organizational challenges.- Responsibilities-- EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE-- SKILLS DESIRED- Master's Degree in Areas Related to Operations, Engineering or Quality - Certificación en Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) - Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE) - Certification in Quality Auditing (CQA) - Certificación en Lean / Six Sigma - Black Belt - Experience in industrial environments related to the assembly of connectors, cables and / or harnesses
