What you will do:
We are seeking a Marketing Sales Manager to lead team of product and application specialists for machinery.
This role serves as a critical interface between customers, dealers, and product groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a mature team of product and application experts.
Act as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and internal product teams.
Ensure alignment and execution of the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to support and enable the sales team.
Drive prioritization and maintain a strong sense of urgency to meet market needs.
Facilitate conditions that enhance product positioning and sales effectiveness.
Skills
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Business Development: Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English
- Proven experience in product marketing and application management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
