We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Accounts Payable Team Lead

Required Experience

4+ yrs of experience working with Accounts Payable
Advanced English for global collaboration

Plus Experience

Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP)

Responsibilities

Oversee the accounts payable process ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline procure-to-pay operations.
Utilize MS Excel to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of accounts payable functions.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to junior team members in accounts payable procedures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.
Lead initiatives to automate and improve accounts payable processes.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.
Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Adapt to rotational shifts maintaining high performance and productivity. Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel for data analysis and presentations.
Exhibit strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes including procurement and accounts payable.
Possess experience in finance and accounting enhancing overall financial operations.
Showcase excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Display ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address and resolve payment issues efficiently
