Join our team to work in a creative and multidisciplinary environment with professionals from the United States, Denmark, Hungary, among others.

Main Responsibility:
Responsible for effectively managing the availability of finished products to meet customer demand, optimizing production planning, leading continuous improvement activities for material delivery functions, providing managerial support to staff involved in those activities, and leading the shipping team to ensure on-time shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of material, human, and infrastructure resources to define the weekly production plan for the Floorcare - Assembly area. Also, prepare the monthly and quarterly production forecast.
  • Determine a recovery plan for customer orders with late deliveries (OTTR). This will focus on both finished products (machines) and service parts (spare parts).
  • Confirm the sales forecast plan, sales support, and operational objectives. Develop the master production schedule for the production lines and the Rotomolding process.
  • Identify raw material shortages and coordinate and develop contingency/resolution plans.
  • Confirm customer orders and coordinate the release of manufacturing orders for the production lines.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries to guarantee 100% on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and update policies and procedures.
  • Analyze production planning for the Floorcare Assembly area. Continuous communication with distribution centers.
  • Monitoring of production plan compliance (planned vs. actual).
  • Determining monthly and quarterly sales projections, analyzing manufacturing feasibility based on material, human, and infrastructure resources.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role; 3 years in a leadership position (P&I, Logistics Leader/Supervisor, or Purchasing) preferred.

Qualifications & Skills:
Lean systems for repetitive manufacturing and interpretation of data processing output. Production planning. Basic knowledge of the supply chain.

Materials management systems (ERP) and databases.

Advanced Excel.

Advanced English.

Quality management systems.

ISO 9001:2015 standard.
