We're hiring: GenAI Content Head

En INDIRA estamos buscando a una persona que lidere nuestro GenAI Content Team, conectando estrategia, creatividad y tecnología para generar resultados reales para nuestras marcas.

Este rol es clave: serás responsable de liderar al equipo creativo, desarrollar estrategias de contenido impulsadas por IA y llevar la relación directa con clientes, asegurando impacto, eficiencia y excelencia creativa.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

  • Liderar la estrategia de contenido de marcas desde una visión AI-first.
  • Traducir objetivos de negocio en planes creativos accionables.
  • Asegurar resultados medibles a través de contenido multimedia (imagen, video, motion, performance).
  • Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes y equipos internos.

¿Qué harás en el día a día?

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de contenido para diferentes marcas.
  • Ser el principal punto de contacto con el cliente.
  • Liderar, desarrollar y acompañar al equipo creativo.
  • Implementar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa para eficientar procesos.
  • Supervisar calidad, narrativa y consistencia del contenido.
  • Resolver retos creativos, operativos y de comunicación.
  • Mantener una mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo y mejora constante.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • +6 años de experiencia en contenido, creatividad o branding.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos creativos.
  • Dominio práctico de herramientas de IA generativa (texto, imagen y video).
  • Experiencia desarrollando contenido multimedia para publicidad.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y gestión de clientes.
  • Alta organización, flexibilidad y enfoque a resultados.
