Role Description:

The FullStack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications and integrations that support key operational initiatives within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong experience in modern web frameworks, backend integration, and data-driven systems.

Role Duties:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs using Angular, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Build and manage integrations using Integration Services (SSIS) and Web Services/Web API to support data exchange between internal systems and external platforms.
  • Develop tools and dashboards to support the Social Determinants of Health initiative, integrating multiple data sources to enhance analysis and reporting.
  • Create and implement automation solutions for the Returned Payment Card Project, improving operational efficiency and accuracy in communications with members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Operations, Data Management, and Business Units to translate requirements into functional, scalable web solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and coding standards.

Education & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Conversational English Skills
  • Proven experience in web development using Angular and C#.
  • Hands-on experience with Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server, Web Services, and Web API.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Plus:

  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, or DevOps).
  • Experience in healthcare industry.
  • Active Batch certification (preffered).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $45,000.00 per month
