Our culture is unique in that we offer the growth opportunities of a large company but still maintain that "small-town" feeling and community here at PAM.**About This Opportunity**As a Driver Manager (traffic coordinator), you will ensure communication with the operators for the correct monitoring of their process. You will manage a fleet of 45 to 65 operators. You will manage the monitoring of operators. You will provide follow-up to GPS tracking and shipments to avoid incidents. You will ensure compliance with CTPAT standards.**SCHEDULE****3:00 PM TO 12:30AM CST****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Ensure communication with operators for proper process tracking.- Manage a fleet of 45 to 65 operators.- Oversee operator tracking.- Provide GPS and shipment tracking follow-up to prevent incidents.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.- Experience in transportation.- Experience in managing operators.**WE OFFER**:- Law benefits- Family health insurance- Savings fund- 20 day Christmas bonus- Additional 3 days of vacation per yearPAM Transport is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug-free workplace.
