Description

Objective:
The STRATEGIC BUYING SERVICES ANALYST II position will provide support and customer service to a large global automotive client across multiple categories for non-production goods and services. A high level of English proficiency is required, as this role interacts with multiple locations.

Responsibilities: What are the day-to-day tasks and deliverables?

  • Provide support to Purchasing Operations.

  • Analyze and evaluate requests before they are eligible to be processed.

  • Act as a liaison between the internal customer and the Purchasing department.

  • Respond to customer needs and exceed service level expectations.

  • Generate cost savings.

Requirements: Certifications, education, and critical technical and behavioral competencies for the role.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Procurement experience within a manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual).

  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
