Drive Master Production Planning in Manufacturing SiteKey Responsibilities
Organize the downstream flows from the Manufacturing Plant and improve Mfg. SC PerformanceAnticipate Manufacturing . Supply risks in advance & quickly re-actMain Activities
Drive Master Production Planning process in collaboration with other functionsIntegrate Total demand from IG & OG Flows & anticipate missing demands in MPPImplement & follow Plant Waiting Queue for all Production Lines in Mfg. PlantLeverage use of APS (e.g. Kinaxis) to optimize inventory / service levelParticipate in Plant Value Stream Mapping and support continuous improvement of Product Lead TimeMonitor and improve downstream SC performance at plant level ( OTD / Customer leadtime / Inventory performance indicators)Accountable to reach performance on Production Plan Commit & AttainmentMaintain Macro Master Data (Prod Site, Line, Part assignment, Constraints) in APS & Be the Key User for the department for information systemKey Systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Kinaxis / One MM / SAP / OPM / TableauExperience Level
2-3 years' experience in SC Planning environmentStrong experience in Inventory & supply planningSpecific Features
